Please Welcome Our New Chief Lending Officer!

We’re delighted to introduce Kevin Kubat as our Chief Lending Officer (CLO), a valuable addition to our leadership team. Kevin’s expertise in mentoring and nurturing talent aligns perfectly with our core values and motto, “Your Story is Our Mission.

Our values of unity, innovation, community, authenticity, relationships, and
empowerment (U & I CARE) deeply resonate with him. Kevin’s enthusiasm for joining a credit union that embodies these principles is evident. They are essential for successful collaborations with both our team, and with you, our valued members.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from St. John’s University and is certified as a Credit Union Manager (CUES) and a Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) from CUNA, showcasing his commitment to continuous growth. His role extends beyond learning; he’s also a mentor. In his recent VP role at Superior Choice Credit Union, he guided numerous employees, empowering them to excel in their careers by leveraging their strengths.

His passion for the credit union industry is rooted in its ‘people helping people’ ethos. His dedication to serving the underserved and prioritizing community needs reflects our commitment to member-centric solutions, putting your stories at the heart of every interaction.

When Kevin isn’t at the credit union, he cherishes moments with his wife and four beautiful children, often spending time by the lake.
