Setup Payment

Access Your Loan

View your loan details through Great River’s Online Banking or our Top-Rated Mobile App. You can access your loan immediately once you register.

Set Up Online Banking

Click here to start. You’ll be prompted to enter your 5-digit member number and the last four digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security number. Then, follow the steps to create your username and password.

Ways to Pay

Direct Debit & ACH

Sign the electronic Auto Pay Form to automatically debit your Great River or external account for loan payments.

Payment Frequency:

Great River Accounts: Weekly or bi-weekly, based on payroll or preference.
Other Institutions: Payments on the 1st, 8th, 15th, or 22nd of the month.

External Transfer

Create online banking accounts with both Great River and your other financial institution.
Log in, go to Move Money > External Transfers, and add your external account.
Wait 2 business days for verification via two small deposits/withdrawals.
Confirm the amounts in External Transfers to link the accounts.
Transfer funds to your Great River Savings Account (1 business day processing).
Use the funds to pay your loan manually or call 320.252.5393 to set up automatic transfers.

Note: The full setup process may take up to 5 business days.

Bill Pay

Contact your current Financial Institution to see if they offer Bill Pay.

Mail A Check

Include a memo with your account number and loan type.

Pay using a debit card or an external account (routing & account number).
Choose a one-time or recurring payment.

To pay by phone:

We can help assist with ProPay over the phone for a $15.95 fee for each payment.
