FAQ: Online Banking  

How do I sign up for eStatements?

Once you are logged into online banking, click eStatements in the menu bar and follow the prompts for registration.

How can I transfer to other accounts I am primary/joint on?

We must have a Cross Account Transfer form on file authorizing these transfers. Once completed, log into your online banking account and under Move Money, click Make a Transfer. You must be logged into the account the funds are coming from in order to perform the transaction.

Can I change my address/phone number in online banking?

At this time, you are unable to update your address or phone within online banking. Please give us a call at 320.252.5393 or stop by any of our branches and we’d be more than happy to update your contact information for you.

Can I do external transfers on the app?

Yes, click on the three dots to view more and select External Transfers.

How do I access my credit card transaction history?

Once logged into online banking, click Credit Cards in the menu bar. Follow the prompts to register your GRFCU credit card within EzCard. Once completed, you will be able to see up-to-date balance information (including pending transactions), make payments, review transaction history and statements.

What is the Money Management option?

Money Management is a quick and convenient way to see all of your accounts (including those from other financial institutions) at a glance.

How do I properly endorse the back of a remote deposit check?

The following must be listed on the back of the check: “For GRFCU Mobile Deposit Only”, then sign your name below as it shows on the check.

How do I add a checking account or special savings account?

This can only be done in-branch or through Go-Live.

How do I add a joint owner or beneficiary on my account?

You can only change joint owners or beneficiaries on your account by coming in-branch or utilizing Go-Live.

How do I refinance my loan for a lower rate?

Regardless if your loan is currently here at GRFCU or not, the easiest way is to simply complete an online loan application. Once that has been completed and submitted, one of our Loan Officers will reach out and continue the process with you.

How do I Live Chat with a Member Advisor?

After you login to your online banking, a popup will show asking if you want to chat live with an online representative. Simply click Start Chat to begin a conversation with one of our Member Advisors.
