“In early 2019, we announced an update to the main software system that our credit union team uses to process our members’ deposits and loans.

We’re excited that the process has gone smoother than we’d hoped.

Before the conversion, our team members received training on how their jobs will look and change on the new system.

As a final part of the process, we’ll need to close our branches and call center on Saturday, February 1st, so we can complete our testing, with the plan to open our regular hours on Monday, February 3rd.”

Don’t lose your account history and

be sure to sign up for eStatments before February 1st!


Before Saturday, February 1st

During the 3-day upgrade, you will be able to get cash at ATMs and spend with your debit/credit cards and checks. But you won’t have access to account balance information, or new bill payments and transfers. So we recommend doing a few things to prepare for the downtime.

Check Your Balances

Let’s avoid unnecessary overdrafts! Be sure you know how much is in your account(s) on Friday, January 31st so you don’t accidentally withdraw or spend too much over the weekend. Also consider any automatic transfers or other payments that may be scheduled to come out during those 3 days (they’ll go as planned).

Plan Ahead for Bills & Transfers

Already-scheduled bill payments and other transfers will process as planned, but you won’t be able to create any new transfers or new bill payments until Monday, February 3rd.
