The Ripple Effect is given to the employee who is truly passionate about giving back and encompasses “No one can help everyone, but everyone can help someone”. For every hour that the employee volunteers, they are entered into the drawing for this award.

What do you enjoy most about being a volunteer?
What I enjoy most about volunteering is the feeling of accomplishment for something that can be simple but significant.
Why is volunteering important to you?
Volunteering is important to me because it’s such a selfless act and we don’t always know the full extent of the impact it makes.
Besides volunteering, what do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy spending time outside, going for walks or bike rides with my children. I absolutely love nature and animals! I may love food a little also and trying new recipes.
