Donation of Winner’s Choosing
As a part of the award, the Credit Union will donate $50 to the organization of the winner’s choosing, on their behalf. This quarter $50 will be donated to: Ruff Start Rescue. Ruff Start Rescue is foster-based nonprofit animal rescue that serves Minnesota and southern states with pet overpopulation.
I would like to nominate Bobbie for the Making a Difference Award.
In my short time in St Cloud, I’ve seen Bobbie embody all our core values. There has been so much change here over the past few months and she has remained the constant, a cornerstone. Her knowledge of the branch and the cu has been invaluable. She has welcomed new team members and has helped train us. She has done so with grace and patience. Members love her! She greets them by name and it’s clear that she has built a great relationship with them.
I’d like to nominate Bobbie Schneider for the Making A Difference Award.
Bobbie this summer played a huge role in helping train a number of employees as they came through the St. Cloud branch for their training – whether that was just at the start of their time at Great River, or as we had new branches opening – and staff that worked with Bobbie for weeks this summer on prepping for their new branches to open.
Bobbie’s knowledge and skillset with our systems, but also with our policies & procedures was something that she willingly gave of herself.
Her time, energy, and talent was shared in abundance with those around her, as she took on the role of mentor several times this summer alone.
Bobbie has helped as an entirely new team was brought on board this summer in St. Cloud – and she has no doubt been a huge part of preparing these employees for their career journey ahead for all that she helped them train on.
I am so proud of Bobbie demonstrating our Core Values of Unity & Relationships – and for that, would love to see her be nominated for the huge difference she made this summer.
Thank you Bobbie for all that you have done and continue to do – making our Teams every day even better to help serve our members! Great job!!!
