Q & A with Haley
Favorite thing about working at the Credit Union?
One of my favorite parts of working here is watching how much our employees grow from day one. I also love getting to know our members stories to see where we can better serve them!
Fun fact about yourself?
I am a new mom to three adorable Pekin ducklings!
When not at the CU working, what’s your favorite thing to do?
I love to paint, go hiking and kayaking, or binge watch my favorite show/movies at the time!
Favorite place you have ever been?
Las Vegas! I love the energy and the experience is unmatched.
Donation of Winner’s Choosing
As a part of the award, the Credit Union will donate $50 to the organization of the winner’s choosing, on their behalf. This quarter $50 will be donated to: Ruff Start Rescue. Ruff Start Rescue is foster-based nonprofit animal rescue that serves Minnesota and southern states with pet overpopulation.
I would like to nominate Haley for the Making A Difference Award. Haley is amazing – and to pick one core value over another that Haley regularly fulfills is a challenge, as she exemplifies all of our core values daily. However, I’d like to focus on Authenticity. Haley is authentic, down to her core. Her core values truly make her an incredible co-worker, but an even more amazing human being.
If you’ve ever had the privilege to work with Haley – you will know that she is very dependable and accurate (part of her job is actually auditing others work – I’d say she does a pretty good job at that!). I truly appreciate having Haley on my team as I know if she’s assigned a project or task, she’ll get it done without needing further prompting to me. She’s very self-motivated and that’s crucial in our department. I feel like Haley is very deserving of this award – to be recognized by our organization for continuing to fulfill our core values, in this case by her authenticity, in her work and in her mannerisms.
