A: Security Matters! A Member Advisor will verify your identity. We encourage you to have your photo ID nearby to speed up the identity verification process.

Q: What happens if we get disconnected?

A: Reliability Matters! But if there is an issue during your chat video or audio connections, you can call a Member Advisor at 320.252.5393.

Q: Should I disable my pop up blocker?

A: If you have a pop up blocker enabled, you will likely receive an alert asking you to disable it. It is safe to do so for this application. After your chat you can reinstate the pop up blocker.
